This is in prototype stage. Check out Powerglide and Cyclonus at their prototype stage, same blocky look. I know the ironhide proto pic is still around and that will give you an idea of HOW different they look when produced.

Aren't we already getting a semi-professional production run of the fembots from the guys that did the recent Arcee figure?? Aside from that though, I'd say the final version of this particular Jizai toy will look better than these prototype pics; their stuff usually does. Powerglide is abs... read more

Jizai would also have to stop producing these by hand and find a factory to come down in price.

Jizai would have to seriously come down in price before I would consider buying one of their figures. I do agree she looks way to blocky

This toy fails my Transformer toy rule. The cost and size are disproportionate.

MOOOON RACER! ... Get it? ... No? Seriously though; I'm not interested unless it sees some improvement from prototype to final phase. Awww... who am I kidding? Even if I liked it I wouldn't be able to afford it...

Iron Factory's got a new figure to show once again, and this one is based on Shockwave. Bridge Watcher joins the rest of their small-scale figure lineup, and is shown in full color on this new promo image. It boasts multiple option hands, all cast in clear purple. We presume that it can transform with at least the default set on, but it's uncertain now whether it would be possible with any of the extras in use. It looks like a target release date for this may be June 30th, so not long to wait at all if this strikes your interests. Click through for the full size image!
The KFC - EAVI METAL Phase 9A: Kingorilla & Kongor triple changing beast features LED lights and three modes of transformation! Figure stands approximately 24CM/9.5” tall in robot mode and is approximately MP scaled.
FansToys has posted multiple new photos of Rouge, their Masterpiece-size take on G1 Arcee. The prototype looks to have undergone some minor revisions since the last time it was presented, but this is mainly a show off for various accessories, and options parts including various faces and a visor attachment as seen on the original Transformers: The Movie. One image also depicts a CG render in the planned release colors. You can find all of these photos in the gallery below!
Badcube just announced a reissue of their first release: Brawny & Backland. There will be 2nd edition packaging, updated joints and slightly different color scheme. Plus the original bonus parts will be included in the package.
U.Nem Studios on Facebook has done a very nice gallery featuring Buzzard and Volture, the newest entries in the ReMix series of larger-scale cassette characters, under MMC's Ocular Max label. The unofficial Buzzsaw and Laserbeak are shown to be quite poseable, able to strike many bird postures, and with help of a stand, look quite natural in flight. You can also get a good look at them in their full-size audio cassette forms. Check out all the photos below, along with a link to view the original gallery on Facebook!
