Yeah I agree, the Optimus Prime looks rather lacking in inspiration! As has been noted previously, the legs are ugly, looks rather limited for posability! G1 Prime at least has knees that bend!
And the transformation looks like all the other Alternators/Binaltechs, and it's getting really, really old, I agree with some other people that have said make some planes for seekers etc. but I guess the line is defined by it's CARS and that it's a "total business solution maximising mission critical objectives and drilling down on cross company synergy" :-P sorry, I mean the whole car manufacturer angle.
The Transmutate fig is an okay mould, but how articulated is it? Given that it doesnt transform (as the character in the show didnt afaik) I'd imagine that the scope for posability (theres that word again) would increase!

You never know, one day we might see pictures where the dumb prick actually transforms him PROPERLY and uses a camera flash that doesn't make him look pink or orange. He's definetly not the best alternator made but you have to wonder why so many of these idiots are trying to sabotage him pre-release!!! Do these guys work for TOMY or LEGO or BARBIE or some shit?!?!

I'd love to see them do a Devils Due Transformers G1 line...
I'd love to see Prime as a Cobra Hiss tank, thought the Devils Due Optimus Prime design was sweet and would make a better looking toys than Pick-Up Prime.

Well the leg and lower torso that comes with the Rhinox figure is a good indication. The joint where the leg conects to the body is solid. Hot glued on there. The other leg, and the arms are poseable because of the ball joint connectors.
Yeah and Prime.... *facepalms* No words to describe that POS.

is this just me being dumb, but why does Prime have Viper on the edges of his chest/hood ? its a dodge Ram not the viper ? or is there something im missing, and why the f**k has he got such a pathetic weapon ? Optimus Prime with a pea shooter.

It's a Dodge Ram SRT-10, which has a Viper engine. the logos on the hood read "Viper powered".

even though he looks like he'll have trouble walking,or maybe he needs to take a piss, looks to me he'll also be short as the others, ill still get him! he should atleast had a extended cab!

Transmutate rocks, I have him all assembled. Now that my BW Cheetor collection is complete (just got tm2 cheetor) I can concentrate on the titanium series.
