I've seen Galvatron more frequently at both Target and Walmart. Only seen Acid Storm at Walmart, though. In Central California for reference |

They are held in place by some plastic ridges. If you carve those off the wings can rotate. There are a couple of other places to carve, but mostly for aesthetics and to increase rotation by a little more. I'd post pictures, but he's 8 hours away.
