This may be some welcome news to some folks: Transformers Animated will air on The Hub starting on July 9, 2012, according to Nick and More. The website reports that the series, which originally ran from December 2007 to May 2009, will start airing reruns at 5:30PM Eastern on Monday July 9th only on The Hub.

Transformers Animated is gone, but not forgotten. So while this is nothing to get in the car and head out hunting for, it is neat to see some uber rare and unproduced action figures surface from time to time. Thanks to Ebay seller amoronline, we have some looks at the Electromagnetic Soundwave. This was a proposed redeco of Animated Activator Soundwave, first revealed through a set of instructions posted to the Hasbro website in August 2010.
