I reckon that if Bay kept his mouth shut, and just smiled and shrugged when asked what was fake, he'd be a hell of a lot more successful in all of this.
Good God let's hope it's all fake.
That made my farging day.
GO BAY!
holy shot that rhymed...
I'm not about to start complaining about character development and such, but the effort behind planting false information seems like a waste of time.
Bay's an @$$ as usual...just keep all the info coming, whether real or fake...we'll figure it out. He can't win it all...he never does. If only he & the writers used this much energy in character development!
*remembers the leaked sketch of Starscream that was immediately shot down by Don Murphy and ended up being exactly what movie Starscream looked like*
Oh, yeah. I forgot about that one.
Of course, that it looked like it was drawn on a resturant napkin sort of supported Murphy's shoot down at the time...
:tflaugh
This guy sure is delusional about the power he holds over worldwide information...
Sad but true.
Although they have done a better job of not letting things leak this time, I get the feeling this "game" of false info is mostly in Bay's head.I concur with the latter bit, although, I don't recall much in the way of leaks for the first movie. At the timepoint a year prior to release, the only real spoilery things I think we had seen were pictures of Ironhide's truck mode and the giant Bumblebee statue.

yeah, I'm not thinking that this campaign of disinformation is anything more than Bay saying "these leaks are fake".
