Fans of Transformers Prime will finally get their fill with this listing that just appeared on Amazon for the Complete Series Blu-ray Boxset that is listed for release on August 12, 2016. After watching this via online streams. The great annimation of this series can finally truly be appreciated in a Blu-ray edition. There are no details on extras at this time, but the set is listed for $144.99 USD as an import, without country origin. Treat this as rumor until an official announcement likely to be made as SDCC next month.

The Tranformers Rishing fan page on Facebook have shared news that DeNA's Transformers Rising Mobile Game will be taken offline at the end of this month, November 30th. This closure follows the Transformers Age of Extinction Movie game that was shuttered in September. Meanwhile, the Transformers: Battle Tactics game appears to still be in play with a new game now in Open Beta titled, Transformers: Frontiers.

Thanks to Radio Free Cybertron's Diecast for the heads-up! As befits the name, Amazon has a Transformers deal for their Prime Day promotion! Amazon Prime members can get the Covenant of Primus - the super-slick book that recounts the entire history of the Transformers Aligned Continuity - for only $30! This deal is a Lightning Deal, meaning it's only available for roughly the next three hours. Click through to see the proof and the link!

Somehow, Optimus Prime and his Autobots always seem to get in the way. In what appears to be last minute deal, Tranformers and other Hasbro shows will be staying on with Netfilx. As we reported previously, Hasbro and Netflix were to go their own way last month when a new deal fell through. However, without disclosing the terms of the detail. USA Today reports Netflix let be known that Hasbro Studios shows aren't going anywhere. Good news for Netflix customers who need their Transformers fix.

Adweek has posted an article about Hasbro's TV strategies that goes into of detail about The Hub - and what went wrong. The short version is that Discovery was admirably hands-off with the network, leaving Hasbro almost solely in charge of programming... and a combination of slow profits, the proliferation of on-demand viewing, and the departure of President & CEO Margaret Loesch led Hasbro get out of the network-running business. Keep reading for more details on all that and a link to the full article where you can see My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic described as "creepily beloved"!

While we'd previously heard a cutoff date of January 1st for G1 and other Hasbro shows, The Wrap reports that Hasbro and Netflix have been unable to come to terms - a situation more or less confirmed by a Tweet from @HasbroNews. So if you really want to catch up on Transformers Prime, Pound Puppies, or My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, you'd best get to watching now. Keep reading for more details!

Variety reports that the Hub will, as previously rumored, become the Discovery Family Channel on October 13th. Discovery will be taking a majority share in the network, but Hasbro will retain a daytime block of programming for its shows such as Transformers Rescue Bots, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and presumably the upcoming Transformers Robots In Disguise. Keep reading for more details!

Japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun reports that Polygon Pictures has walked away from the 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards with four awards, two for Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. The other two were for Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and between the two series Polygon has taken the Outstanding Special Class Animated Program award for the past three years running. We'll see if Robots In Disguise 2015 will help them maintain their lock on the category, but for now keep reading for an excerpt from the article and a link to full details!

Jagex has released the second episode of Under The Hood, their web series detailing the making and refinement of the Transformers Universe MOBA. This episode focuses on Peter Cullen and Frank Welker's voice recording sessions for the video game as Optimus Prime and Megatron. Keep reading to see!

Amazon posted listings for Transformers Prime Beast Hunter action figures that give us a look at the character summary bios the Cyberverse Commander Class Unicron Megatron and Ultra Magnus figure. Read the character summary bios for all the figures now.

I was looking at my ultra magnus from TFprime (2nd release) and he's missing his smoke stacks on the back flaps. I figured I would get another one somewhere and return the one without the smoke stacks... I saw another one at walmart yesterday and it didn't have the smoke stacks either... what the heck? Anyone else see this? UPDATE: Seems to be a unannounced running change with the figues as the Hasbro preview images show them, but the production images do not.

Thanks to FMH forum member Aesir who has posted news from Hasbro themselves that the official UK street date for Transformers Prime Beast Hunters action figures will be June 1, 2013. That is great news for all the Transformers fans who have been watching and waiting for these new toys.

Yea, you read the title right. Is it any wonder WHY Hasbro's sales are tanking? They seem to only care about keeping Wall Street engaged with such patronizing double speak in a press release of all things. Sorry to use this PR as a place to scurtinize them, but I hope someone at HQ reads this and puts the fun back into Trasnformers one day. Hasbro is faltering and Beast Hunters has clearly become a scramble to justify why their "Franchise" isn't getting love from shoppers. Read more and tell Hasbro you want more than meets the stock price.

Thanks to Hydra over at the Allspark who has posted some details about the Takara Tomy Transformers lucky draw Optimus Prime sound stages that are limited to 50 pieces. He has been nice enough to share the translated quotes that the stage says in the Japanese Optimus Prime voice. Check out the quotes and image from the original Lucky Draw campaign below for more info.
