Sony Pictures Home Entertainment announces the release of Transformers: Beast Machines: Season 1 on July 16th, 2007 in region 2 format. Transformers: Beast Machines sees the innocent Maximals awaken on their home planet of Cybertron with no memory of how or why they are there. However, instead of being greeted by their own kind, the robotic creatures find themselves pitched in a life-or-death battle with the evil Veicons, ruthless and mindless creatures by the Decepticon Megatron. With a war now being waged, the Maximals must free Cybertron from Megatron and restore it to its former glory before all life is doomed.

The set is already out in The Netherlands.
And thoug 60 is a bit steep compared to the Dutch price, Beast Machines is WELL worth it. I already owned the US version but had to have this one too.
I paid about 2/3rds of that for each of the Headmasters/Masterforce/Victory sets and those were definetely not worth that.

How about an in-expensive re-release in the US? $60 is too much, and you can't find it anywhere. And how about instead of a big cardboard foldout, two 2-disc slim cases in a cardboard outer case
