Man. Primal looks OK, but not as good as Megs.
He has so many frustrating little problems, like the gorilla hands' resemblance to poorly disguised robot feet and the use of silver in front and black in back breaking up the gorilla mode. Many of them could easily have been fixed by a better paintjob, since he seems well-proportioned in both modes.
I just wish Hasbro had polished this toy a bit more before release. I can understand giving the leaders new forms, but not sucky colors.

Agreed... this mold could have done with better colours. It's an interesting new take on Primal, especially the robot mode.
Heh. I can't believe Remy missed out on a chance to re-enact the T-rex vs. giant gorilla fight scene in KING KONG with Primal and Megatron! :)

he aint bad, but i agree with everyone else that he need beter paint apps. i alway thought his beast mode to kinda look like beast machines primal.

I wish Hasbro would not try to show off so much. On its own I would be more excited about this. I guess I just expected something more commemorative for the 10th anniversary release.

the paint job could be better. looking at the pictures at first the tranformation from beast to robot was a little hard to see but after looking at them a bit more carefully it was easy to see how to transform him.
i like the idea of doing a remold of primals and megs, but it would be nice to see some remold of some of the other characters and possibly a TV show to go along with the them.
