The Transformers Collectors' Club has revealed the vehicle mode of Optimus Prime, a figure in the BotCon 2008 Shattered Glass convention set. The club unveiled the robot mode
earlier this week. Continuing the damaged-ridden paint job from the robot mode, the vehicle mode contains many battle scars and a purple Autobot insignia. To top it off, the top of Prime's cab reads, "Till All Are Gone!" Take a look now at

Given the concept of the set (Heroic Decepticons and Evil Autobots) this is actually a decent figure. I love the Nemesis Prime colour scheme, but that wouldn't work here. I totally dig it. I wasn't sure about the robot mode, but the alt mode totally wins me over. Now make them 10 dollars a piece, please. |
