Botcon 2013 Obsidian Robot Mode and Head Design Images Revealed

The official Botcon 2013 site has posted images of their latest reveal from the forthcoming Machines of War exclusive figure Obsidian. This is a repaint of the Hunt For The Decepticons Highbrow figure with a new head sculpt. Check out the the robot mode image as well as design sketeches for the new Obsidian head below.
Here is our 4th reveal... MACHINE WARS Obsidian! Originally featured on the Beast Machines cartoon alongside his consort Strika, Obsidian is a Cybertronian General and a NEW addition to the MACHINE WARS line and mythos. He is available EXCLUSIVELY as part of the 5 figure MACHINE WARS box set. Keep tuned in here as these toys will be available for purchase through our registration system very soon.

An image of the "secret" seventh Transformers Collector's Club Subscription Service 2.0 figure has appeared on eBay. It's not a particularly big surprise, but will probably be a welcome addition as it complements previous figures in the service. We're not mentioning it by name because toy spoilers are apparently now a thing and we wouldn't want to be ejected from the fandom. Keep reading for the photo!
Via the Cybertron Cafe group on Facebook, we have confirmation on the "freebie" 7th bonus figure for Figure Subscription Service 2.0. While its identity has been widely speculated based on the mold choices of the rest of the series, all of that has just been conjecture so far until this image which confirms one of the popular guesses. This may count as spoilers for some, so keep reading to learn its identity!
Radio Free Cybertron interviews Andrew Franks and David Proctor from Boss Fight Studios about their Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S. project and, of course, their work on Transformers. Most recently they worked on the Transformers Collector's club exclusives including TFSS 3.0.


BaCon is at BotCon 2014 and got to go to the Transformers Fan Experience at Universal Studios Hollywood, and came back with a really nice "Energon" glass, a poster, and gift bag as souvenirs! Keep reading the article to check them out!
