Another classic story of yesterday from Retro Robot Radio and TFormers.com. In this 1985 story by John Grant Optimus Prime sends Bumblebee to spy on the Deceptions. Bee overhears the Deceptions discussing the fact they need space to test their ship's new ion-drive. Can the Autobot stop them from getting one step closer to returning to Cybertron?
Alongside clear Optimus Primal, a loose G2 Groove has been listed on Ebay from the same seller who sold a near-complete G2 Stunticon set recently. Though Groove's intended existence in G2 has been documented before, the high-res photos with this auction may be the best look most people will ever get at this toy. The seller also notes he has a G2 Blades to be sold soon, but no other Protectobots, unfortunately. Keep reading to see all the images of the delightfully orange figure!
Once again, unreleased G2 figures are making their way to eBay. The Combat Hero Optimus Prime and Megatron are recolors of the super-articulated (for the time but still
pretty darn good) 5" tall Hero Optimus Prime and Megatron figures with air-launching missiles. This blue color scheme was the inspiration for the G2 recolor of Laser Optimus Prime that appeared in the 2012 Ultimate Gift Set. Keep reading for photos, plus links to the auctions!
The Loyal Subjects have posted an image showing off Constructicon Scrapper from the upcoming third wave of their Transformers Action Vinyls. These little guys are about 3" tall and feature multiple points of articulation. Keep reading to see the photo!
