Conventions Center / NewsWhile we can't know for certain just yet that these Generations Waspinator recolors we reported on earlier are Botcon toys, we do have a good idea of what they're meant to be. Similar to the unknown black Skids seeming to be a Diaclone reference, these Waspinators appear to be set up as stand-ins for the line's Waruder mecha - the origins of the G1 Insecticons, based on the right-most toy sharing coloration with a Waruder toy not adapted in to Transformers. It looks like Botcon may have a Diaclone referential sideline happening this year!
