TakaraTomyMall has confirmed the listings posted by Loopaza Mega Store yesterday via the listing of Siege Omega Supreme on the official website! The price is given as 27,000 Yen (USD $248) as opposed to the 25,000 given in the leak; the difference is very likely due to the TakaraTomy listing including Japanese sales tax.
Titan Omega Supreme is a new take on the classic G1 figure, which began life as one of the handful of Transformers not from a TakaraTomy Diaclone or Microchange mold. Originally known as "Super Change Robo Mechabot-1," we have to say that "Omega Supreme" is a much better and less generic name. Titan Omega loses the original figure's motorized features, the same as Titans Return Trypticon, but makes up for it with effect parts, the ability to house Micromasters, the inclusion of Micromaster Countdown, and plain old bigness.
