Generation 1 Japan / Daily PrimeHalloween is coming and we're going off the deep end today with possible one of the most bizarre crossovers we've ever seen in the 2009 Transformer x Disney Label series. As part of their Transformers 25th Anniversary celebration, Takara managed to license Disney characters to produce a Mickey Mouse Convoy and others that are still a bit strange to my eyes.
Today's Optimus Prime shot takes a look at the special Halloween edition of the Disney Label Mickey Mouse from 2009. Here we have Transformers Pumpkin Prime (left) as a redeco of original Disney Label Mickey Mouse in G1 colors (right). As goofy as the whole idea is, Takara clearly had a lot of fun making this festive colored release with added jack-o-lantern, spider-webs, skulls, and eyeball decorations.
