e-Hobby Exclusive City Guardian Robot

TakaraTomy affiliated on-line retailer e-Hobby continues to offer exclusive repaints of upcoming Transformers G1 re-issues. This time the Omega Supreme mold gets accompanied by his fallen City Guardian Robot comrades. This figure is offered exclusively through e-Hobby retailing at 13,650 Yen and expected to be released sometime in September 2008. Listing and images may be viewed at e-Hobby and ad scan here.

Is it worth it to order directly from E-Hobby, though? I think I remember some people getting snuffed, orders were placed but then when the item was released they never got charged and didn't get what they ordered.

No! I have no idea who told you that, but they're a big fat liar! e-Hobbies always sell for the same price as their reissue counterparts. Due to their limited supplies their secondary after-market prices tend to rise sharply, but their actual original prices are the same as standard RRP.... read more

I love BBTS & all that but they do wing in overly high prices at times. I'm sure I'll find a cheaper one on eBay.

BBTS has this for pre-order HERE and all I can say is nice repaint, but definitely not worth the asking price.
