Then I'm voting for Nightbird 2016!
11:43 pm

It's just a tad too late to do that this year, lol

If that's the case, we should really gum up the works and f**k up the system and cast our lot with B.O.T., with Autobot Spike pulling a little Ross Perot/Wesley Clark action. Fight the power.

None of those candidates are eligible to elected President as they're all Cybertronian. Trump would have a field day with their birth certificates! I'm casting a write-in vote for Grimlock as he was "born" in the U.S.A.

I wonder how many people saw that and said...."Megatron? Is than an independent party......"

Yesterday's spotlight on Grimlock wasn't the end of coverage for the Dinobot commander, today the Transformers Game Facebook page has their own regular gameplay demo video posted, showing some stages and attacks not present in the "cinematic trailer" yesterday. We have screenshots and an embed for that, plus a collection of several lineart pieces for Soundwave, the cassettes, and Megatron's tank mode. Keep reading to see it all!
If you're of the age that you remember buying or at least receiving Transformers when G1 was fresh on the shelves, you probably remember the littler rubbery Decoys coming with. Takara apparently does, as they're reviving the concept, though these won't be packaged with regular toys. The Transformers Figure Collection will be released in capsule machines in Japan starting in January, reportedly for under 100 Yen. The lineup currently consists of just 8 Autobot characters, but maybe more will follow down the line. Click though to take a look!
With less than a week before the game is released, the Transformers Game Facebook is still hyping it up with teaser content. They've just posted the bio for Grimlock going over the basic personality and moves available in game. And along with that, Gamestop's Youtube channel has posted a "cinematic trailer" spotlighting Grimlock, with lots of samples of Gregg Berger's voicework for the character. As usual you can click through for the video embed and screencaps, plus the bio sheet!
Next week, IDW is headed back to New York Comic Con and bringing a host of captivating panels, talented signings, and essential exclusives with it! Located at booth #1844, IDW and Top Shelf will be your destination throughout the weekend! Transformers fans can catch up with Andrew Griffith, Corin Howell, Livio Ramondelli, and John Barber among other great IDW properties. Read on for the full details!
As expected, Transformers Game on Facebook has posted a video showing off the moves you can expect to face down in the Soundwave boss battle. Among Soundwave's array of attacks is calling upon Ravage and Laserbeak to help out, though Ravage doesn't show very prominently in this video. The video also highlights rather well the incomplete voice filtering, as despite being vocoded, Soundwave comes across rather soft and smooth. Not exactly fitting to what the cartoon taught us to expect. We of course have a number of screencaps, plus the embedded video, so keep reading!
