
Derrick Wyatt, the art director and lead character designer for Transformers: Animated has provided us a look at the
evolution of Lockdown's character design.
The original look and feel of Lockdown was "much more of a lumbering Frankenstein monster type," wrote Mr. Wyatt on his blog.
"The end result...has a much less monsterous feel. He's all business now." Take a look over on his blog,

You must READ the whole story, my young padawan. This is not the NEW Lockdown, but yet a sample of the FIRST design "concept" of 'ol Lock man. My oppinion is he looks WAAAAAAYYY better "all business" |
