Transformers Fall of Cybertron Minions Frenzy with Ratbat and Ravage with Rumble Sighted in Australia

By Jack on Wednesday, November 07, 2012

Thanks to Trent over at the OzFormers forums who has posted a sighting with image of the
Transformers Generations: Fall of Cybertron minion two-packs that were found at retail in Australia. The Minion toys pay homage to the G1 Cassette Bots that load into FoC Soundwave and Blaster toys. These guys are a bit strange in a round shape instead of the classic tape cartridge format. Get a look at the wave figures two packs that include Frenzy with Ratbat and Ravage with Rumble below for more details on these toys.

Stay tuned to Tformers.com for more details as they are made available. Your best resource for all the Transformers news and community every day.

Autobase Aichi has passed along some stock photo finds showing the previously leaked Protectobot-themed figure packs. We now have a look at all five members and can see Hot Spot lacks the purpose-made head from the GDO toy, but uses parts of Grapple's tooling. The release for these figures is still unknown, but is rumored to be an Asian market exclusive. That may not be terrible news, if we might expect a proper Defensor for 2015's Combiner Wars. Keep reading to see the images!
That wasn't much of a wait, huh? BaCon has snapped more photos of upcoming Generations Combiners Superion and Menasor! The combiners will be sold as individual figures consisting of a Voyager Class for the mid-section and Deluxe Class figures for the limbs. It seems to me like Superion's gun is a robot unto itself... and it looks a lot like Legends Powerglide. Also, it looks as iff Motormaster is possibly a recolor of the upcoming Voyager Optimus Prime. More info as it becomes available, but for now keep reading and check out the gallery! These will be see these out in January 2015 as the start of the "Combiner Wars" to follow Thrilling 30.
We were told combiners were coming for Generations 2015, and here they are! Menasor and Superion are on display at SDCC 2014, and we'll be uploading pictures here as we get them!
The official Transformers YouTube channel has posted a trailer for the upcoming Angry Birds Transformers which shows a more platforming-oriented gameplay style than Angry Birds proper. Interestingly it also shows Optimus Red and Megahog working together (along with Astrotrain) to defeat a larger enemy. It's also revealed that the Telepods toys will work directly with the game in a Skylanders fashion- smart move. Keep reading to see the trailer!
IDW Publishing and Humble Bundle have teamed up to deliver a pile of digitally delivered comics just in time to coincide with the beginning of SDCC. Humble Bundles let you pay whatever price you think is fair, but often offer more rewards for just slightly higher prices and this is no different. An assortment of classic and IDW continuity comics are available for a very low price! Keep reading for a link and more details.
