Age of Extinction
First Full Look at ROTF Leader Class Optiums Prime

By all are dead on Saturday, January 03, 2009

Following up from earlier news, the member "Anonymous" of the 4chan toy forums has posted the first full view of the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Optimus Prime Leader Class action figure.

You may recognize a couple of new things in the images of the robot. The action figure now has much more detailing than before. Also, there is confirmation that he's got the additional snap out energy weapons, light up eyes and chest, and sounds features that were reported previously.

Altogether, it really looks like Hasbro is putting a lot more effort into making the new toys, this one at least, look a lot closer to what we see in the movies. If that matters? The real question is if these changes are representative of new things we will see in the movie.

Autobase Aichi has posted a link to a YouTube video from the Japanese premiere events for Lost Age/Age of Extinction. It features both a crazy lightshow focused on the Optimus Prime and Bumblebee statues we've seen so much of since June, and Jack Reynor (Shane Dyson) and Nicola Peltz (Tessa Yeager) answering questions in English which were asked in Japanese and looking appropriately confused. Keep reading to see the video! UPDATE: Just added images from the event.
Planet Iacon has posted a collection of images of upcoming TakaraTomy releases, most of them in-package. Among the crowd are Transformers Expo exclusive Nemesis Prime, from the Lost Age/Age of Extinction Evasion Mode Optimus Prime mold. Also the TRU exclusive "Rusty" version of that mold, the Legends Commander Collection/Robot Masters reissues, and more! Keep reading to check it out!
Just in are images from the Transformers 4: Age of Extinction Tokyo Premiere. Get a look at the event with actors Jack Reynor and Nicola Peltz as well as Japan celebrities Shoko Nakagawa and Sou Takei who attended the Japan premiere at the Toho Cinemas Nihonbashi on July 28, 2014 in Tokyo, Japan. Read on to see all the images.
Apple iTunes have posted the Transformers Age of Extinction movie for pre-order. The forth movie in the franchise is being offered at $19.99 USD for download in HD format and $14.99 USD in the standard definition format. Fans who want to watch the movie at home can get this for download that we assume will be available on September 30 2014 with the DVD and Blu-Ray releases from itunes.apple.com
Hollywood Reporter does what it says in their name that Age of Extinction has passed $300 million in box office receipts in China- the first movie to ever do so. While it may be down to $4 million in its fifth week in US release (for a cumulative total of $236 Million, down roughly a third from Dark of the Moon), its worldwide gross is nearing $1 billion and it will almost certainly end up making as much or more than DOTM. Just, you know, not here. Keep reading for more info and a link!
