An interesting note from Kapow Toys on Facebook suggests that the three pack featuring reissues of the rare G1 combiner dinosaur cassettes Graphy and Noise (or Gurafi and Noizu as they're being presented for probably mainly trademark reasons) along with a reissue of Frenzy (the blue one) in a deco a little more informed by the cartoon appearance of Rumble might in fact only be one of two planned waves.
While there's no pictures or further details to go off of, Kapow does mention in their post about this set that a "Wave 2" will follow with Dial, Zaur (Dairu and Zauru in Hasbro-naming) along with a Rumble (the red one) which will probably also feature a tweaked deco referencing the cartoon appearance of Frenzy.
As regards how the cassettes are named in a toy-accurate fashion despite the idea that they're decoed to be cartoon-accurate, our best guess in an attempt to find logic here rests with the Japanese dub of the G1 cartoon, wherein Rumble and Frenzy had their names switched to be consistent with the appearance of the toys. Hasbro may be giving a nod to that based on the Japanese-exclusive origins of the dinosaur cassettes. Or possibly they just want to drive nuts the part of the fandom that gets really bothered about which color robot gets called what name. Whichever it may be, we wholeheartedly support the effort.
As a retailer, it's possible Kapow would already have knowledge of that second set of cassettes, but right now we're counting this a little more in the rumor category just because this might also be anticipation or speculation on their part. We won't be at all surprised to see it turn out true though.
Gurafi, Noizu, and Frenzy (the blue one decoed like Rumble in the cartoon) are due to be released via online channels in early September. And with New York Comic Con the following month, that might be a good time for them to reveal the second set, if indeed it will actually be coming our way.

Why are the Frenzy's legs backwards?
Were they backwards on the original Japanese release?
Very nice.
