G1 Optimus Prime Head USB Speaker and Body Stand

Thank to Ray at RobotKingdom who's let us know there's a couple of new items in on pre-order that are just Prime. The two are actually related. You can pair the G1 Optimus Prime Head USB speakers with the optional 1+ meter tall ABS plastic stand for your speakers. Does that sound sweet or what?

The G1 Optimus Prime Head with Speaker is Pre-order now! It weighs around 1kg, and is schedule to release on June 2009. It is powered by USB. Don't miss the chance to order this together with it's 1 meter+ body too (see below). Sells for $29.90 + shipping. - Pre-Order Now!

It has the speaker head. The body weights over 5 kg and over 1 meter high! It is made of ABS plastic vinyl. You can see the colored prototype figure with the water bottle next to it for size comparison. Sells for $299.90 + shipping. - Pre-Order Now!

This is too cool, but i don't know if i can justify it internally enough to drop that much on a set of computer speaker..., because i would have to buy the body to go with it as well, not just the head.

This sounds too good to be true. A big figure of OP that also happens to be a speaker and PC/Ipod docking station? $30 is a pretty good price, but it's not for me. Not bad though. THe $300 one is nice, but I have no intrest even if it was cheaper.
