Transformers GDO Megatron Out of the Box - Decepticon Leader Samurai Style
Jack - Sunday, September 30, 2012

Thanks to the Meteor Operation group who have posted a handful of new images showing the Asia exclusive Transformers GDO Megatron action figure. The images show the Decepticon leader Megatron presented samurai style with a green and purple color theme reminiscent of the G1 Constructicons / Devastator team. The figure is a repaint of the original ROTF Bludgeon mold that has since been reduxed as Gigatron and Banzitron and now we see a forth figure with a new head as Megatron!

If they would tweek the mold and give him some real feet and hands it could work for Megatron, but not with just a new head and new color . I think Megs as a tank works...but this mold needs way more work to make it work....I can't believe they haven't tried to take this mold and cross it wi... read more

While many will argue that this mold is perfectly acceptable as Banzai-Tron, I maintain that it's ONLY good for Bludgeon, just does not work for anyone else.

It's been questioned and suspected since the reveal of the San Diego Comic Con exclusive Titan Force set. But with Hasbro's reps at Botcon being tight-lipped about it, there was just enough doubt to cause some worry. But it looks like we can rest easy as we have evidence now for the general retail release of Titans Return Brainstorm. While the SDCC version will have unique coloring, it looks like there will be a much easier - and less expensive - option forthcoming for this retool! Keep reading for more info and photo evidence!
Having suffered repeated, and unexplained delays, the final issue of Sins of The Wreckers is finally ready to hit the shops next week. And thanks to Newsarama we finally get to see the full length preview for the issue. Will Prowl finally get what is so deservedly coming to him? Almost certainly not! Oh well, can't win them all, I suppose. You can click through to read the preview right now, and come back early next week for the review, first on TFormers!
The TFBizOnline Facebook page has posted images of the Hong Kong exclusive version of the Master Sword, complete with packaging image! The photos also reveal that the detachable sword for Cerebros we were speculating about on this week's Radio Free Cybertron is indeed a reality. Keep reading to see!
The last figure from the first wave of Titans Return Legends Class figures has gone up in the latest video on the Starblight.de Youtube channel. Stripes is the figure from this batch that's gotten the least love, and while the video is not completely positive toward it in every mode, this does give the impression that Stripes may be at least a little better than photos would lead you to believe in its bestial robot mode. The video is embedded below, so click through to start watching!
Thanks to Hau Chi Lee on HK-TF, and the TFmizer group, we've got lots of photos from an event held in Hong Kong this week giving local fans a chance to get some hands on time with Titans Return toys. A packaged sample of San Diego Comic Con Fortress Maximus was also on hand, as well as the Titan Force set we've seen lots of already. Plus Legends wave 2 Rumble and Ravage were shown along with wave 1. Also present at this occasion was a Combiner Wars Computron boxset, allowing for some good close up images of the Hasbro version Technobots. Click through to take a look at a selection of event photos we've mirrored!
