Transformers GDO Megatron Out of the Box - Decepticon Leader Samurai Style
Jack - Sunday, September 30, 2012

Thanks to the Meteor Operation group who have posted a handful of new images showing the Asia exclusive Transformers GDO Megatron action figure. The images show the Decepticon leader Megatron presented samurai style with a green and purple color theme reminiscent of the G1 Constructicons / Devastator team. The figure is a repaint of the original ROTF Bludgeon mold that has since been reduxed as Gigatron and Banzitron and now we see a forth figure with a new head as Megatron!

Stay tuned to for more details as they are made available. Your best resource for all the Transformers news and community every day.

I think Megs as a tank works...but this mold needs way more work to make it work....I can't believe they haven't tried to take this mold and cross it wi... read more

While many will argue that this mold is perfectly acceptable as Banzai-Tron, I maintain that it's ONLY good for Bludgeon, just does not work for anyone else.

You mean the Megatron head belong on the body of a robot samurai skeleton? No!

Samurai Megatron? Nope. PowerSnot Megatron with the chin of Death, definitely.

RID/Transformers artist Andrew Griffith has posted his cover for the much-anticipated Transformers: Lost Light #1, colored by Josh Perez and spotlighting the other (or perhaps we should say current) crew of the ship whose name the comic shares. For those of you who didn't keep up with the "The Dying Of The Light" story arc in More Than Meets The Eye, we'll leave it at there being reasons for this new crew. For everyone else, keep reading to see James Roberts' SDCC confession!

Some "fallen off the truck" editions of Titans Return Deluxe Wave 3 are starting to appear on Chinese auction site Taobao, and by way of one such seller we actually have some fairly nice photos of of this round of toys. Hot Rod, Twinferno (formerly Doublecross), Triggerhappy, and Breakaway (Getaway) make up this batch. From this new set of photos it looks pretty conclusive Twinferno has no internal compartment for a Titan Master in alt mode, instead leaving it relegated to the outboard seat of the combined weapon.
