The promotional campaign to get you hyped up for Transformers: The Ride has begun and the first video is General Morshower looking to recruit you in the fight against the Decepticons.

In the video, titled "Urgent Communique #1," General Morshower, played by the same Glenn Morshower from the live-action trilogy, urges you to join NEST to fight the Decepticon threat.

Also towards the tail end of the video, we see what may be a personal conversation where General Morshower and the president are speaking about Project 101 being in effect.

The final part of the video points you to PrepareForBattle.com to enlist and to begin playing the game on February 4, 2012.

The ride will debut at Universal Studios Hollywood in May 2012. The ride opened in Universal Studios Singapore in early December.
