i don't know. i think this is the weakest figure in the wave. cool paint job but seeing as it's the Shockwave mold with new colors, its hard for me to not see Shockwave.

Hisashi Yuki has been a little lax in posting Transformers-related toy photos recently, but has made up for that with a great shot of UW-03 Defensor (or Guardian, if you prefer) preparing to engage the massively looming UW-04 Devastator. While Defensor had been set to ship out this weekend, its release was pushed back two weeks, resulting in both combiners coming out during December. Defensor is due 12/12, and Devastator is reportedly expected to go out Christmas Day, leaving both just around the corner! Keep reading for the full photo.
From the 78dm.net forum, user xccain has shared two photos of Generations Sky Lynx, due as part of 2016's second Voyager assortment. These images give side on views of both the regular robot-beast mode, and an attempt at fulfilling the Hasbro design team's hint that the lynx mode could also be coaxed out of the design. This result seems more like a griffin, but it's a start down the path until more people get a chance to figure out the alternate transformation. Click through to see the mirrored photos. Updated with more images!
Newsarama has posted the full length preview for next Wednesday's Transformers #48, featuring the improbable teamup of Buster and D.0.C, which may give us the answer to the ultimate question: Who will be written with more depth and personality, Marissa Faireborn, or Thundercracker's dog? Click through to check out the preview, and come back early next week when we bring you the first review of the issue!
Anselm Lin has posted several additional images of Legends Class Shockwave. In this new batch comes a photo of the back of the packaging showing in color the integration with Onslaught's vehicle mode, plus some size comparisons, and demonstration of Shockwave's capacity to be carried as a gun by most any figure with 5mm-friendly hands - which may be subject to hand shape, as a square projection can be seen just in front of the 5mm handle, potentially ruling out figures with larger or unusual hands shapes. Keep reading to check out the new shots!
Anselm Lin has gotten hold of Legends Class Shockwave, one of the four figures from the first 2016 assortment, and shared some pictures via TFND. In these photos we get good looks at the robot and alt modes of the figure in final production colors, as well as shots from the instruction sheet showing the suggested interaction with Onslaught and Bruticus - as a jet pack. We've got the photos mirrored, so keep reading to take a look!
