It's that time again! We're up to episode 4 of 8 of the Combiner Wars mini-series, and this one introduces Megatron into the mix. Where has he been since the end of the war? What's he up to? Is he more a Frank Welker or a Corey Burton Megatron? We've got a go90 link for US readers and a YouTube embed for everyone else, so keep reading to find out!
Computron is pretty neat! The ankles and other weaknesses in the legs may bother you a bit, but they don't ruin the figure for RAC. The legs aren't Menasor bad, though. It's a good looking figure, and has the most new parts in a Combiner Wars boxset since Victorion. Click here to read and watch the review!
With our thanks to Hasbro for making this available to us, we have our first gallery from the Titan Force SDCC/Hasbro Toy Shop exclusive box set! We're starting with Brainstorm, which while sometimes looked on unfavorably for being a Blurr retool really does its best to set itself apart. This version is more geared to the IDW comics colors, while the eventual Walgreens exclusive single release will be toy-inspired. We've got over 100 photos of this figure, so keep reading to check out our full gallery. And stay tuned for more coverage of this set!
We've been paying a lot of attention to Computron lately! Hot on the heels of the Combiner Wars Computron release (which RAC has been expertly covering for us!) comes the Unite Warriors version bringing its own take to the table. Blacklai has gotten hands on a set already and posted a nice gallery, giving special attention to showing the differences between versions. Click through to see a mirrored selection of highlights in our gallery below and a link to the original blog post!
We've looked at all the individual Technobots now: Afterbreaker, Cybaxx, Lightsteed, Nosecone, Scattershot, Scrounge, and Strafe. (Alphabetical order, because why not?) Now it's time to look at the last few aspects of the set: Scattershot's torso mode, the hands and feet, and Computron itself! Keep reading for 93 photos of Computron!
