Hasbro Transformers Fall of Cybertron Voyager Grimlock In-Hand Images Show Lighting Effects

By Jack on Thursday, December 13, 2012

Thanks to Robotokingdom who have posted more Fall of cybertron Voyager Grimlock images with an update showing in-hand images of the voyager class figure and its lighting effect, weapons and more. The light works in both Robot and Dinosaur mode. In robot mode, the dinosaur head is hidden in the chest, so it can light up his Dinobot Logo! These bad boys start shipping December 15, 2012 in Asia. Check out the images below for more details on Hasbro Transformers Fall of Cybertron Voyager Grimlock.

I might pick this up just to stand next to my G1, Masterpiece and Animated Grimlock, but to be honest I'm a little let down with this guy.

I actually like the electronics on this one! For once they serve a purpose and make sense for the figure. I can't wait to snag this guy!

Unnecessary electronics that just make the figures cost more, what children really want a T-Rex that can light up brighter than a christmas tree? At least he still looks halfway decent, definately going on the shelf.

Right on the heels of discovery of the NYCC teaser on Hasbro Pulse, a Wal-Mart employee calling themselves Rex_Marlowe has posted to Reddit a photo of a Wal-Mart computer screen showing a "Powermaster OP" listing among other Leader Class toys. Smart money has this as a retool of Ultra Magnus, but anything is possible. Blaster is among the listed items as well, cementing its status as a Leader class toy also, a fact most everyone had already taken for granted. Will we see Titan Wars Powermaster Optimus in New York this week? Stay with us to find out!
Hasbro Pulse has updated with a teaser image of the figures to be revealed at NYCC! With "many robots set to be revealed" promised, the silhouettes show what appears to be the previously-leaked Titan Wars Leader Class Blaster - but who are those other two figures with him? Is the one on the right a Headmaster as it seems, or is it a trick of the posing? We'll find out later this week, but for now keep reading to see it for yourself and ponder!
Finally tonight, Captured Prey has taken extra photos of the Demolishor-headed testshot of Combiner Wars Onslaught, giving us much better looks at the head sculpt. This copy retains the Bruticus combiner head, though there's no certainty that would be the case for an actual production copy, perhaps still leaving a mystery for this version of the toy. Click through to take a look at all the new photos!
Captured Prey has gotten hold of one of the early testshot leaks of Deluxe Brawl, coming soon in the Deluxe Combaticon wave. While we've seen pictures of this in color, both hand-painted and as an on-card production sample now, these photos give us a little closer look, plus show off the arm mode for the first time. Keep reading to check out all the photos!
Captured Prey's Facebook has been updated with photos of the three Combiner Wars testshots they've recently received. First up from these is Scattorshot, the Silverbolt retool revealed during SDCC to a ...less than warm reception, especially when it was announced the other Technobots were not coming with. In any event, the testshot comes off a fair bit better looking than the sample at SDCC, so click through to have a look at it!
