Nick Roche took to Twitter today, showing various snippets of art from recent works. Among these were lineart in both pencil and ink stages for his alternate cover to More Than Meets The Eye 36, due in shops this December. "Sad Prime" as Nick calls it, represents a younger days Optimus Prime, and going by the solicitation blurb and the main cover art, seems like it may be something of a followup to the Orion Pax focused "Shadowplay" story arc from MTMTE's first season. Click through to check out both pieces of art!

Having been floating around somewhat nebulously since their original discovery, the two multipack Protectobot recolor sets are finally nearing a release. Thanks to Come, See Toys we have official images by way of Hasbro Singapore of the two-pack Hot Spot and Blades, and three pack First Aid, Groove, and Streetwise. Amazon has also opened preorders for the latter set, noting availability on October 1st and calling them an "Asia Kids Day" set. So while these seem made for the Asian market, it looks like fans elsewhere will have a chance at them, if the two-pack also appears on Amazon soon.
