iGear Toys Teases Again About Robot Dinosaurs - Will They Return for 2013?
Jack - Wednesday, December 05, 2012

iGear Toys announced they would be doing some Robot Dinosaurs this year but that apparently is not going to happen with just weeks left in 2012. For whatever reason, GreatToysOnline.com
with iGear have re-posted the same image announcing "Dinosaurs in 2012" with a line drawing showing a robot T-Rex design. If anything, it would make a lot of sense to see iGear work on the rest of the Dinobots characters. Is there more than meets the eye to this toys? Stay tuned for more news at is happens.

Anything bigger than a voyager is a waste on plastic and money to me. At the largest they should be the size of Hegemon.

All I know is these had better be in scale with MP Grimlock, after FOC Grimlock I won't be buying another Grimlock, MP is the perfect version of the character

BadCube has announced the latest in their Old Timer Series - OTS-10 Slick! A remold of their OTS-09 Grump, AKA Masterpiece style Gears, Slick is of course designed to resemble G1 Mini-Car Swerve. Grump and Slick are the first two Mini-Cars in the OTS series since 02 and 03, Brawny and Backland, who were released simultaneously at a price of $80-90 each. No way to know yet if these two will be similar, but keep reading to see the image!
Toy World have released new images announcing their next project to come. The images reveal they are working on a new Not Optimus Prime MP Scale figure. The images shown in grey proto-type images offer a preview of what appears to a highly detailed rendering of the Autobot Leader's G1 style robot and truck modes. No word on release dates or pricing at this time. Check out the images of the figure in the gallery for the full previews.
Was Generations Chop Shop just not doing it for you on his own? No, I don't mean the Skrapnel recolor, I mean the tiny little Targetmaster Beetle Scissors accessory figure. If you just have to have more Insecticons at that specific scale, Dr Wu has you covered! On Weibo, a render was shown presenting takes on Bombshell, Kickback, and Shrapnel as the Micro Insect Army set. It is perhaps a nice move for people who want matching Insecticon sets, but wouldn't going for Chop Shop's actual team of the Deluxe Insecticons have been more appropriate? Click through to take a look at the image!
From their Weibo page we have some new looks at the first two figures from TransformMission's Masterpiece-scaled unofficial Stunticons. These pictures show the Breakdown and Wildrider analogues in plastic and paint colors for the first time. The text in the post notes that some deco tweaks are planned - and likewise the molds themselves apparently need modifications, and so it seems the release of these figures will be delayed for a while in order to get these issues sorted out. You can see the mirrored pictures below in the full post!
During the weekend of Botcon 2015, attendees had the opportunity to see a testshot of Pandinus, the giant unofficial Scorponok by Maketoys at an offsite third party event, so some of us already have a strong grasp on just how big this figure is. But for everyone else it might be a little hard to comprehend. Thankfully, user shiyitan on 78dm.net's forum has posted a useful side by side, showing Pandinus next to Titan Class Combiner Wars Devastator. While not quite face to face, Pandinus has a great deal more volume, showing its true hugeness. Keep reading to see for yourself!
