If I find a set at Walmart, I'll probably buy it. I'm not sure about the Optimus Prime. Maybe I'll like it when I see it in person.

I paid a grand total of $48 for my set, and glad I did because of Jazz, and surprisingly Combat Hero Optimus. If they would have released CH Optimus instead of G2 Optimus before I highly doubt people would have complained about the mold. Now seeing as how it is also on HTS, I highly doubt it w... read more

Mine arrived yesterday, and they are definitely worth it. Combat Hero Optimus Prime looks way better than G2 Prime

While we didn't get the anticipated images of the Windblade to finish the trio, we do have some looks at the Combiner Hunters-deco Arcee in new detail. With a slightly better look at the paint on the face, the real news is the revelation of remolded hands. This release at least will see normal 5mm compatible hands versus the slot-style seen originally. This of course lends better to carrying the Beast Hunters sword seen in the comic cover art, but may leave Arcee less able to use the original accessories. Click through and check it out.
RAC reviews the last of the Deluxe Protectobots, Streetwise! He's pretty slick in both his own modes, is fun to transform, and makes for okay limbs for Defensor. He also has a triple-barreled shotgun! Continue to the video review!
Following the Combiner Wars Soundwave and Laserbeak teaser poster, we have a follow-up post with image of Soundwave's Head's Up-Display (HUD), which informs us of a bit of reconnaissance that is going on. Get a look at the new image that shows Laserbeak on what is labeled as "Laserbeak Mission: Gather Combiner Intel" Read on to see the image and more details.
Cyclonus was an unexpected choice, both for a presence in Combiner Wars, and as a retool of Silverbolt. But the potential was there if you looked close enough at Silverbolt, and the idea became intriguing. Today, ExVee takes a look at this figure to find out how well it all worked out in practice, with coverage in video, plus text and photos. Click here to go to the review!
Thanks to Daim Choc and Oscar Fung, we have some more photos of the Combiner Hunters Arcee figure that surfaced yesterday. And, she's joined by the matching Chromia! Both figures sport the color schemes shown on the cover of the Combiner Hunters comic, and Chromia also sports a new red windshield for her lightcycle mode. We still don't know where these will surface - but the timing of it all and the number of paint apps point to an SDCC exclusive. Keep reading to see!
