Kre-O Transformers Micro Changers Blind Packs Wave 1 Found - ID Codes Revealed

Thanks to JgarOptimus over at the TFW forums who has located the Transformers Kre-O Micro Changers Wave 1 at a Walgreens in San Antonio, TX. He has been nice enough to share a list of the figure's identification code imprinted on the packages to help others find the ones them want. Galvatron was from the preview wave and he was one of the two figures that were only available in a quantity of 4 versus 6 like the other four figures in his set. I have a case on preorder from BBTS and wanted to see if there was a set number per case.

Not sure, but utilizing these codes, I was able to get all 6 of them and a few that my daughter wanted. I honestly don't think there is any off key number for any of the figures. I found them at Walgreens too! Had enough of the free kreon coupons from a couple weeks ago to get the whole set for free, just had to pay the sales tax on them, so I got them all for $3.30. Plus 3 more as stocking stuffers for my son! But I also spotted these at 2 Targets in my area ... read more

Hmm...Walgreens is the not the first place I would expect to see these guys to show up. Look at that, they didn't charge any more than TRU will on them. Nice.

Following up on last year's Kreon Class of `84 set, Gizmodo Toyland reports that Hasbro will be bringing the class of 1985 to Comic Con International this year! Featuring the vast majority of the toys introduced in 1985 plus Alpha Trion, this 30-Kreon set sports some extremely referential bonus accessories and will run $60, same as the Class of `84. $2 a Kreon is not bad at all! The webmaster for Seibertron.com reports having found a couple cases of Kre-O Micro Changers at Dollar Tree! The wave in question is Age Of Extinction Wave 2, which features almost entirely G1 and Beast Wars-inspired Kreons. This isn't an entirely unprecedented thing, as Hasbro's Beyblade spinoff toyline Beywarriors has also been appearing in Dollar Tree stores.
