Leader Starscream Video Reveals Lights and Sounds
Primus - Thursday, November 05, 2009

Just in is more news coverage on the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Leader Starscream action figure. We've been getting information in bits and pieces from a couple images here, and a few pictures there. Thanks to Toad grocery store who has posted a video demoing the Leader class Starscream's lights and sound functions.

Watching the video, it is a little bit painful to see the user has removed the head and is holding it attached by wires to trigger the voice over and over. We are able to discern one phrase that Starscream says as "No One Can Defeat Starscream." This sounds like it may be done by the original voice by voice actor Charlie Adler. Additionally, we can see that Leader Starscream's eyes light up and his jaw is articulated providing an open and close munching type movement.

Stay tuned to Tformers.com for more details as they are made available. Your best resource for all the Transformers news and community every day.

that is seriously the worst voice i have ever heard come out of a transformer. it literally sounds like they just used the exact sound clip from the rotf special features of that dude suggesting what starscream should say. would it really cost that much to just use a sound or phrase directly from ... read more

The voice function is as lame as expected, but my real question is why is his head ripped halfway off the body, and why is he using a razorknife activate the voice? That was a bit strange. Seems a bit early for customizers to be getting their hands on this thing.

More Transformers Movies News
As one Transformers movie news cycle begins to wind down, the next one kicks in to gear. Screen Rant has already been talking about next year's Bumblebee prequel movie with producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura. Perhaps the most interesting piece of this is a change of language, now addressing the 2019 release for "Transformers 6" as a "hope" more than a plan. Might this change of attitude be a response to the surely lower than anticipated performance of The Last Knight in its opening day? Keep reading for more!
Following up on yesterday's magazine leak, TakaraTomy has put up a page and photos for MB-EX Movie The Best Laserbeak! Replicating a scene from Transformers: Dark Of The Moon, the site confirms that the figure is a Wonderfes exclusive with leftovers hitting Cybertron Satellite stores and TakaraTomy Mall in September. None of which ship overseas. So keep reading and, again, get ready to contact your middleman in Japan!
It's magazine scans season, and we've got our first scoop. Wonderfest is coming at the end of July! And that means more exclusives - in this case, a pink Bumblebee figure to recreate a scene featuring Laserbeak from Dark Of The Moon that, quite frankly, I can't remember at all. Keep reading to see the photo while I congratulate myself on successfully blocking out one of these films!
A website by the name of icarhireinsurance.com has approached us with their in-depth financial and statistical analysis of the Transformers movie franchise, going over the numbers between 2007's Transformers and 2014's Transformers: Age of Extinction. Which side is more deadly, Autobots or Decepticons? Who does the most property damage? And is there a corollary between violence and critical success? Keep reading to find out!
Collider has posted information from an interview they had with Lorenzo di Bonaventura, where the producer talked about some of the directions and details of next year's Bumblebee-focused prequel movie. Perhaps the most noteworthy is the suggestion of having only a couple of robot character, and spending a lot more time with them, a concept he seems to link to a "departure" from the movies thus far. We've highlighted certain passes below, and you can find a link to the original article as well - keep reading...
