Honestly I wish Takara would make a Scramble City type Devastator, for me, I would not take apart my vintage Devastator to upgrade him with the new parts, so a completely new Devastator like Anime Devastator would make more sense

What about TakaraTomy *not* cutting corners? This Anime Devestar has so few changes to it, different head, different Mixmaster... Why not release it as an upgrade kit like the third parties do? Wouldn't that make more sense rather than spending a butt load on a whole other Devestar?

Then Blame Hasbro for cutting corners, though it is obvious that Smokescreen doesn't fit in the upcoming Beast Hunters line. So the best coarse would be to repaint Knock out as he is the closest mold to Smokescreen

I'm sorry, but I really don't like Smokescreen with the Knockout mold. Smokescreen is a pivotal character and deserves better as a cheap repaint that looks nothing like his in-show model. I would've been ok with a remold, but this just looks nothing like him.

Agreed. Seeing this mold get 3 uses already with no plans for a US release drives me crazy.

Okay I stand corrected....then I wonder if Fallback WILL be the 4th version of this mold....even so.....3 repaints of the mold is more than any other voyager I think.....Hasbro you paying attention to the money you are loosing??!

Yeah, the AM release (15 iirc) of Breakdown had the word War attached to his name. This black repaint/remold is the Silas version.

Unless I am counting the same figure as 2 different releases...I thought it was Breakdown Swerve Silas And this version War Breakdown......am I mistaken?

Wow...Takara is really using the Breakdown mold....that's the 4th version of him....I hope Hasbro sees that.....I am wondering if they will release another repaint as Fallback since we did get that repaint in the cyberverse size.....Is Smokescreen slated for US release?

In what appears to be last minute deal, Tranformers and other Hasbro shows will be staying on with Netfilx. As we reported previously, Hasbro and Netflix were to go their own way last month when a new deal fell through. However, without disclosing the terms of the detail. USA Today reports Netflix let be known that Hasbro Studios shows aren't going anywhere. Good news for Netflix customers who need their Transformers fix.
Adweek has posted an article about Hasbro's TV strategies that goes into of detail about The Hub - and what went wrong. The short version is that Discovery was admirably hands-off with the network, leaving Hasbro almost solely in charge of programming... and a combination of slow profits, the proliferation of on-demand viewing, and the departure of President & CEO Margaret Loesch led Hasbro get out of the network-running business. Keep reading for more details on all that and a link to the full article where you can see My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic described as "creepily beloved"!
While we'd previously heard a cutoff date of January 1st for G1 and other Hasbro shows, The Wrap reports that Hasbro and Netflix have been unable to come to terms - a situation more or less confirmed by a Tweet from @HasbroNews. So if you really want to catch up on Transformers Prime, Pound Puppies, or My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, you'd best get to watching now. Keep reading for more details!
Variety reports that the Hub will, as previously rumored, become the Discovery Family Channel on October 13th. Discovery will be taking a majority share in the network, but Hasbro will retain a daytime block of programming for its shows such as Transformers Rescue Bots, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and presumably the upcoming Transformers Robots In Disguise. Keep reading for more details!
Japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun reports that Polygon Pictures has walked away from the 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards with four awards, two for Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. The other two were for Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and between the two series Polygon has taken the Outstanding Special Class Animated Program award for the past three years running. We'll see if Robots In Disguise 2015 will help them maintain their lock on the category, but for now keep reading for an excerpt from the article and a link to full details!
