Masterpiece Grimlock Figure Closer to Reality

We first reported last summer this was coming and now it looks like the confirmation and announcement is very close. Actoys.net forums have posted a blacked out image of Grimlock supporting the news we heard last summer that there would be an MP Dinobot. Fans will rejoice if the MP-07 Grimlock is added to Takara Tomy's Masterpiece Collection. We've got more details we'll be revealing about this figure soon so be sure to keep checking back.

by bob on Sunday, January 20, 2008 @ 11:10:28 AM | Don't get your hopes up for the diecast part. The last Takara mp/alt toy to have a significant amount of die cast was skids. They don't seem to use diecast anymore. But as far as I'm concerned the paint apps are consistently better on the japaenese versions.
Still, hell yes!!!
I wonder if he'll be prime/ meg scale or the SS/skywarp/BT scale? |
