They have somehow obtained a bunch of them to offer to USA fans for a pre-order price of $15.99. They are listed arrive December 2012. Well those accessories, as with these, are exclusive to the MP Soundwave that's sold at the Japanese Amazon.com site. So there is no way we would get these anyway, aside from by from the secondary market, which would have a mark-up anyway.

TakaraTomy Mall has posted images of the upcoming MP-11T Thundercracker! The first TakaraTomy version of Thundercracker from the revised MP-11 Seeker mold, this Thundercracker is in the lighter animation-style blue. The figure will be a TakaraTomy Mall exclusive shipping in late November for 14,904 Yen. Read on for photos!
The Facebook group Transformers The Religion has posted an album of the official photography for Masterpiece Tracks, giving a good look at the toy, packaged accessories like the flight stand, and small samples of the paperwork.
