More MasterPiece News
We reported first last month of TakaraTomy Mall listing MP-11NR, a Ramjet retool of the current Masterpiece seeker body, and the first representation of the 1985 seeker lineup - the coneheads. However, that order page vanished a short time later. Tonight we've learned that the page has been restored, and new order and delivery dates added. Preorders will be accepted between 11/30 and 12/8, with delivery expected on or after March 20th. The price, just a hair under 16,000 Yen remains unchanged

TF-Prototype on Facebook has posted several photos from the pages of the new Generations 2015 book released in Japan. Shown in the shared pages are new looks at the prototype for Masterpiece Hot Rod, Shockwave all in color, Ratchet and Ironhide, plus a look at Unite Warriors Devastator and the Constructicons Click through to check out all the images!
From wolixiaoqi on weibo, we've got some nice photos of the exclusive Clampdown Masterpiece figure, the Red Alert recolor as a police car. This, like Tigertrack is one of the G1 characters invented by eHobby to create more uses for reissued G1 toy molds several years ago, and now serving the same purpose for Masterpiece. Clampdown is due for release sometime next month, so these pictures are a great preview of what's to come. Click through and check them out!
Dengeki Hobby has posted some new photos of Masterpiece Red Bumblebee, the same-character recolor due to release in December. The Masterpiece figure is intended to homage the color variations found in the original Autobot Minicars, though one might also argue that this is acting as a stop-gap for a Cliffjumper that potentially won't happen for a while. Whatever the true motive, the red bodied Bug photographs rather well, but if the Dengeki writeup is accurate, may be a little light on accessories, possibly only including its gun. Click through for the photos!
