MECH iDEAS Demolition Crue DC-01 Apex and DC-02 Geminus More News Images Released

Thanks to the Mech Ideas Facebook page we yet more official images of their upcoming Geminus and Apex action figures. These guys pay homage to the orginal G1 character Topspin and Twintwist in a way that Hasbro and Takara would never do with real articulation, weapons and more. Look for this figures to be out in March 2013 for about $38 USD each. Get a look at the images for DC-01 Apex and DC-02 Geminus now.

BBTS have just let us know about the BadCube Old Time Series Bug Corps Value Pack that has just been posted. This three pack contains the evil Bug Corps: Hypno, Kickbutt, and Claymore. All three figures have matching color schemes of silver, black, and yellow. Each robot features some ratchet joints and unique mechanisms. Weapons can be stored in both robot mode and giant bug mode. This box set is priced at $189.99 to begin shipping July 2015.
Startimus Prime has landed with is latest video review for the DX 9 Chigurh Astrotrain Masterpiece 3rd Party figure. Get the scoop on this figure from DX9 that gives a big ol' rootin' tootin' look at their Transforming triple changer robot, locomotive, and space shuttle that is NOT Astrotrain, but it is. Member of the 2005 forums LazyAza has posted images of a new render of Master Mind Creations' Kultur, better known as DJD's zealot in chief Tarn! This is MMC's second pass on the design, and another 2005 member by the name of Cheem The Rup has added comparisons to both the first version of the design as well as the original design work for Tarn. We have seen several teasers from Machine Boy in the past year, including Omega Supreme, Sky-Lynx and Dai Atlas, but the first of their new line to make it to unpainted plastic test shot is their version of Astrotrain. From the looks of things this will be a MP10 sized version of Astrotrain that is very accurate to the 1980's Transformers TV series in looks.
