Also on Twitter today, Alfes2010 has provided a brief early look at Masterpiece Artfire. The Inferno redeco features an all-new Nightstick Targetmaster partner which is shown off fairly well in these few quick shots of the set. Though it's still a bit early, Nightstick looks nicely poseable, and we get a good scale shot in one image that shows the Daniel mini-figure that came with Masterpiece Ultra Magnus. Oh, and Artfire is here too for a basic showing of robot and vehicle, plus a highlight on the sticker detail tampographs. Keep reading and check them out!
The last Masterpiece Seeker is ready to ship! Site sponsor Robot Kingdom has posted images of MP-11ND Dirge's box, and says that the figure will begin shipping from them in two days, on May the 27th. This is the last major Seeker character in need of an MP... so how long until a new, more animation-accurate Seeker mold debuts? We're figuring mid-2018 at the latest. Keep reading to see the images!
MP-39 Sunsteaker, the brother of Sideswipe, finally enter the Masterpiece line. Transforming from race car to robot Sunstreaker comes with a variety of accessories and well as his human sidekick Chip Chase.
Site sponsor Robotkingdom has posted new images of the packaging for a pair of toys they'll begin shipping this Saturday, May 27th: MP-37 Artfire and LG-47 Godbomber! The eagerly-awaited Godbomber will pair with your Legends Super Ginrai and/or Titans Return Magnus Prime (when released in the second 2017 Generations boxset later this year). And Artfire is of course the Targetmaster recolor of Inferno from the Japanese Headmasters series. Keep reading to see!
Loopaza Mega Store has posted a much larger, clearer set of Figure King magazine scans to Facebook! We now have a much larger, better look at Masterpiece Sunstreaker - and even better, there is a lengthy developer interview - as translated by TFW2005 member Emperor Bruticus IV - in which is discussed Lamborghini's role in the design, the increased focus on articulation in Masterpiece figures, and the designer's hopes to round out the 1984/5 Autobot cast within the Masterpiece series.
