MP-6 Skywarp Gets 2nd Production Run

Most likely due to the release of Transformers Masterpiece MP-7 Thundercracker in November 2008, TakaraTomy will be having a second production run of MP-6 Skywarp. The figure will be released again in October 2008. The intial run was in September 2007.

If I can find a place that'll provide a slight discount for ordering both TC and the 2nd run SW together then I'll grab them for sure.

I remember when I was working at HobbyTown to feed my R/C fix and I had the chance to buy UM for $90 tax free as a dealer...what a tool I was for passing that up... Then I decided I'd buy him at a con, happily had $100 in hand to buy him and this dude kick me in the nuts and laughed ... read more

True enough. I love these guys, would love to have the full set, but the American release of MP Starscreeam was about as jhigh as I like to go for a single toy.

*Remembers when the local comic shop sold it for $169.99 CANADIAN! (The USD was much stonger then too) EDIT: Oh, and I'm definitely interested in TC, but will await better pics. I've seen the pre-order at bbts, but would like to see a non photo-shop version.

SkyWarp and the Hasbro Screamer arrived in the mail today! :clap Beepin awesome! (I got them off Ebay) Especially since I love all things G1. Thunder is defiently my next must buy!!!

I'm getting ThunderCracker to complete the set, then putting Grey Screamer in alt mode with the others surrounding him. I doubt Hasbro would..Starscream had a market, had a name for gen-1 lovers and new movie types etc..Skywarp and Thundercracker don't..Besides, the Takara ones would already cover the whole gen-1 likeness of them, so..But, we'll see..I recommend them though, a set of all 3 together is a cool ... read more
