Whoever they are, I think they made a wise choice to ride on the popularity of the City Commander Upgrade kit made by Fans-Project. The IG-TF001 upgrade kit includes a new head ala IDW comics Ultra Magnus, a revolver weapon, shoulder guns and blue energon sword.
