Thanks to the Japan Image board we have new images of the Robot Masters RM-24 Reverse Convoy action figure. This guy brings together elements of G2 Megatron and Optimus Prime. Weird.

I've been wanting to do a red and black repaint of g2 megatron with Prime's head for years!
I hope so bad they call him Maximus Prime in the US
(that's the name my repaint would've been called)

Well, I like the concept: a Prime that is not a truck and the gun looks way better than the G2 version! Reminds me a thread over Tfans where Body Count posted pics of a G2 Megs he made with G1 Megs colors and gun. This RM version only proves my theory that it's possible to remake this due with a better gun! ^_^ "Go! Mega-Prime! Go!"

Why didn't they do this for G1 Megatron?
I guess no Autobot is dumb enough to expect Prime to be a gun...or a tank...with a decepticon symbol!

If I've heard correctly, and possibly seen either here or www.seibertron.com , then you can remove Prime's head to reveal G1 Megatron's...
