PoweredConvoy of the AllSpark offers an image of the copyright information of the Jet Vehicon figure that only references Tomy (Takara Tomy is noted only as Tomy outside of Japan).

Most figures that will be available by Hasbro somewhere down the line will typically reference the company in this area as well.

This situation is similar to AM-12 Breakdown, which has a similar copyright stamp, and when asked about this figure at San Diego Comic Con 2012, Hasbro told us that the figure is in "no man's land" cost wise and the company currently does not have any plans to release the figure.
