So basically only TRU will sell these figures....first. So that means what $14.99 for a Deluxe? Screw that!!

TF Source just put up their preorders for Prime figures. Some of their pricing is double of what BBTS pricing is at. Ridiculous. Still holding out for HTS to carry these.

DOTM Primes? My local Walmarts are the same way, and now they've restocked with the gold repaint of the mold. Red, gray, and gold is not a good combination by any stretch.

"a specialty market exclusive" after the same kind of disastrous delay that was cast on Animated figures? Yeah, that makes total sense, Hasblo. Hopefully that won't be the case for the entire series.

Last waves of any line are hard to come by as the stores are trying to get rid of stock. It's frustrating enough. See here, DotM toys sell pretty well. I'd say the only place I've seen them sit is the same Walmart that never seems to sell any toys, regardless of the line. But that's... read more

Worried that we will not get the soundwave wave down here. Living in Texas we get stuff dead last. So a bunch of times we don't see the end of lines.

I thought the same thing. Stores wanted to focus on selling ROTF so Hasbro tried to design all the packaging to look like movie stuff. Whatever the case, I am mystified by the very quiet response to Transformers Prime. I wonder if the retailers are not interested for that reason.

In what appears to be last minute deal, Tranformers and other Hasbro shows will be staying on with Netfilx. As we reported previously, Hasbro and Netflix were to go their own way last month when a new deal fell through. However, without disclosing the terms of the detail. USA Today reports Netflix let be known that Hasbro Studios shows aren't going anywhere. Good news for Netflix customers who need their Transformers fix.
Adweek has posted an article about Hasbro's TV strategies that goes into of detail about The Hub - and what went wrong. The short version is that Discovery was admirably hands-off with the network, leaving Hasbro almost solely in charge of programming... and a combination of slow profits, the proliferation of on-demand viewing, and the departure of President & CEO Margaret Loesch led Hasbro get out of the network-running business. Keep reading for more details on all that and a link to the full article where you can see My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic described as "creepily beloved"!
While we'd previously heard a cutoff date of January 1st for G1 and other Hasbro shows, The Wrap reports that Hasbro and Netflix have been unable to come to terms - a situation more or less confirmed by a Tweet from @HasbroNews. So if you really want to catch up on Transformers Prime, Pound Puppies, or My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, you'd best get to watching now. Keep reading for more details!
Variety reports that the Hub will, as previously rumored, become the Discovery Family Channel on October 13th. Discovery will be taking a majority share in the network, but Hasbro will retain a daytime block of programming for its shows such as Transformers Rescue Bots, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and presumably the upcoming Transformers Robots In Disguise. Keep reading for more details!
Japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun reports that Polygon Pictures has walked away from the 41st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards with four awards, two for Transformers Prime Beast Hunters. The other two were for Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and between the two series Polygon has taken the Outstanding Special Class Animated Program award for the past three years running. We'll see if Robots In Disguise 2015 will help them maintain their lock on the category, but for now keep reading for an excerpt from the article and a link to full details!
