Transformers Producers Bryce and Di Bonaventura Talk G.I. Joe Transformers Crossover

With the dust settling from "Transformers: Age of Extinction." Many seem to be wondering if the franchise will pair up with the G.I. Joe property that is produced by the same guys, Ian Bryce and Lorenzo Di Bonaventura. As you can imagine, these guys have a lot to think about already with two of the top 80s pop culture properties to make movies for. The short answer is they don't have plans for a crossover, which was answered in a recent interview with Total Film.

I don't think they've run out of stories yet. I think later on there's a possibility. But I don't think in the near future at all. It's not something we talk about either. There's a lot more story to be told in both cases. And I think if at some moment we think, you know what, it's time to bring the two of them together, we'll do that. But I think they're strong enough to exist on their own.
