More MasterPiece News
Hisashi Yuki has posted another new shot of Masterpiece Star Saber, and this time he must be on the way to the bathroom as he's carrying the newspaper with him. While we can surely understand some pride with Star Saber, it seems like Yuki-san may be running out of new photo ideas at this point. It may be time soon to move on to other pastures for photo tweets, but for now let's wait and see just how eccentric it gets before March!
Amazon Japan has posted a series of new photos with their preorder page for Masterpiece G2 Bumblebee, coming out this summer. The shiny gold version of Bumblebee will come with a jetpack accessory derived from the G1 cartoon episode Dinobot Island, as well as having the previously Amazon exclusive toy-accurate faceplate in addition to the two regular face options. Click through to check out the new pictures!
MP-24's not out yet, so I bet you can guess what TakaraTomy's Hisashi Yuki is tweeting about! This time, he's showing off Saber riding the V-Star (complete with the stand which doubles as a shield) and also the Brain of Courage about to perform the Brain Set to become Saber. Keep reading to see the images!
Update from Kapow toys indicates the Transformers Masterpiece MP-23 Exhaust, Diaclone Marlboor repaint, of WheelJack may be cancelled. According to the report, the changes made by Takara Tomy are not enough to distinguish the robot transformer vehicle from a pack of cigarettes. As silly as this may sound. The unfortunate truth is the toy is bound to their Brand and there's only so far they can go. Read on for the full remarks from Andy at Kapow Toys.
It seems Hisashi Yuki might be running out of things to show us on Masterpiece Star Saber, as his latest tweeted images are simply showing us the toy from behind. In full Star Saber form and as the basic Saber robot along with the G1 toy. If you've been wondering about the backside of the toy, this is your lucky day. Otherwise, it's a good thing the figure is closing in on its release day so TFYuki doesn't have to think of new ways to photograph it much longer! Keep reading to see both photos.
