Rejoice! Alternators Mirage Shows Up In U.K.

By bwbm on Monday, December 17, 2007

Looks like our friends on the other side of the Atlantic are finally getting their fix of Transformers Alternators Mirage. While the U.S. has enjoyed this figure for some time now, the U.K. guys are finally getting the Ford GT-based figure.

The first evidence of the figure showing up there is an eBay.co.uk auction.

Will the U.K. be seeing anymore long-U.S.-forgotten figures? Hopefully, but only time will tell.

Thanks to "Captain Modesty" for the heads up.

Sorry but how exactly is this in the U.K ?

The seller and the item are in Singapore and the only connection to the U.K is that it's been listed on the U.K side of ebay...

Anybody living in the U.K could have searched ebay worldwide and found the same item...

Not news...

Oh and forgot to mention that IF and WHEN it shows up in Woolworths, Argos, T.J Hughes or The Entertainer THEN it'll be news...

Actually it is news. if you view the tfans thread (which I started) I don't say it's out yet but it's thefirst time thatwe've seen this figure in European packaging. Which is undoubtably news as it hints at a release at some time in the near future.

Great. So instead of paying $20 shipping from Singapore, on top of the crazy ebay prices, we can pay $20 shipping from the U.K. How about putting this and G1 titanium Ultra Magnus out for the U.S. fans who were into these lines and are now getting accosted to get the late issues.

I've seen those batches in my area.

I can assure you the Mirage released current have some sort of issues.

1. Very very poorly painted white stripes. Extremely lazy and very bad job.
2. Lose joints.

The current batch is not as good as the original first batch where they used cartoon/anime character for the packaging side instead of the actual figure.
