Revenge of the Fallen Comic Adaptation Found at Target

The full Revenge of the Fallen trade paperback is on the shelves at Target. Despite the first issue’s release date being next Wednesday, May 20th, Target has put the trade paperback of issues 1-4 on its shelves. Tformers has it; our review is soon to follow. Read on for where you can find your own.

To find your own “advance” copy, look for a Revenge of the Fallen end cap in the book section of Target containing a bevy of spoiler-filled Revenge of the Fallen kids’ books, including the comic adaptation of the movie from IDW. No street date was brought up at the register. This edition retails for $12.99 and includes a Target-exclusive foil cover and “Up-Close and Personal” images of The Fallen, Optimus Prime, and Sideswipe.

WARNING: Reports are coming in that this is NOT at all Target stores.

The second Target store I visited (the one nearer my work) I found a guy restocking the endcaps in the book section. I asked him and he said they are putting that endcap up tomorrow, so I'll let you know how it turns out, but in the mean time if that doesn't pan out, the numbers would help, ... read more

Looking forward to hearing it all. Particularly the casting spoilers. My local Target had nothing. Can you scan the reciept or give us the DCPI number so I can ask them to search for it on their system?
