Thanks again to Sean Long of www.thetransformersmatrix.com, we have a video Review of Transformers Animated Deluxe Soundwave figure.
The review shows off the cool vehicle mode, transformation, features like the Laserbeak guitar, and size comparisons to G1 Soundwave, Premium Movie Barricade, Henkei! Classics Deluxe Astrotrain, and Animated Deluxe Cybetron Mode Optimus Prime.
Anybody know if an estimated release date has been announced for Animated Soundwave? Just trying to budget!

I just thought of something: Could those knob/pegs on Laserbeak's wings be there to allow G1 Soundwave's casettes to attach to this figure? Do they have the right size and spacing to fit into thie spindle-holes?

With no appearances of Soundwave for two seasons, I'm starting to believe that Laserbeak is just only toy-wise character, won't be on the show, but well, I could be wrong at this point.

Awesome ... so getting these guys.. Although I thought of something that would of made Soundwave better in seeing this.. wouldn't it be awesome if Hasbro made the bright blue-ish teal that kind of plastic that glows in the dark?
