I'm consdiering the theory that sumdac thinks the body is just a anomimus decepticon I think next ep he may notice and megatron may presade him to keep the body to study and then we all know what happens and why possibly bulkhead and bumblebee might be cowering in fear |

You're again assuming that it is general knowledge that the Insignia has a significant meaning. WE, as an audience know so, but Sumdac has no idea. You are adding facts where none are given, so I would say you are the one speculating and retconning. |

Sounds like a good idea. After all, the first scene of the next episode may be Sumdac looking at the Decepticon logo on Megatron's body, flashing back to the Starscream attack and thinking "Now wait just a damn minute!" |
