Q&A
IDW is looking to bring in more Marvel UK Transformers.
Nothing for Classics GI Joe past issue #50
GI Joe/Transformers Crossover? Thought about it, but there isn't anything at the time. However, wouldn't rule it out yet.
Any Marvel original characters coming to the IDW Verse? No, they're owned by Marvel
What about Thirteen? IDW is planning on doing something, but nothing solid yet. It may come back in a different version.
Classic GI Joe - will you print special missions? Working on it.
Would you ever do another GI Joe silent comic? No
Any options for Transformers 3? Too early to talk about it.
Robert asks, "are there any plans on doing a GI Joe Resolute comic?" Andy asks the audience that if they do, to yell really loud. The audience yells loudly. "No plans at this time."
All Hail Megatron #13 story was great. Will Transformers take on a more mature approach down the road? Mike Costa says that he's happy with the way Simon and Shane took
Any plans to reveal Cobra Commander? Andy: "Who? Next Question."
Will Larry Hama have anything to do with GI Joe? He's working on Origins.
Anything new for Dinobots? If you're into a peculiar Autobot, check out the issue of the "Last Stand of the Wreckers."
Anymore Transformers: Spotlight books? They're on hold because they're launching the ongoing series and Last Stand of the Wreckers. Andy would like to see them return because they were well done comics.
Some thoughts
Robert on returning to GI Joe: Excited. Working on some covers in between and working on issue 13 and it's been so awesome working with Chuck Dixon. He also goes on the record saying that he really, really wants to do GI Joe.
