SDCC 2012 - Official Bot Shots of Starscream Launcher, 2012 Bot Shots Singles, and 2013 Flip Shot Bumblebee

By Peter Van on Friday, July 13, 2012

Hasbro has sent out a batch of official images of the cute and irresistible Transfomrers Bot Shots! The images include Transformers the remaining 2012 Bot Shots, such as the Starscream Launcher, Battle Mask Bumblebee, and Skywarp; as well as a sneak peek at the 2013 Flip Shot Bumblebee!

These new figures will get better articulation and be a bit heftier. The four new types of Bot Shots are self explanatory: Jump Shots, Spin Shots, Flip Shots, and Blitz Shots.

Take a look at the images in the gallery and check out all of the announcements at our Hasbro Brand Panel report.

Entertainment Earth has just posted that in association with Hasbro, they'll be handing out free diorama backdrops based on either Transformers or My Little Pony with a purchase from the EE booth at SDCC next month. The Transformers backdrop is based on the Autobot Command Center from the original cartoon, and measures 9.5 x 11 inches, making it suitable for use with a wide range of toys. Keep reading to see the images!
With Botcon now just a lingering memory and Team FunPub back safely at home, they've taken stock of the exclusives for this year and found leftovers of basically everything to make available for purchase on the club's online store. While naturally the attendee freebie figure is not among them, everything else is currently available for purchase. If you couldn't make Botcon itself but still want some of the exclusives, head on over and take advantage of the leftovers while they last! Keep reading for a full list.
This week it's our annual JD Church Memorial Show! We take a few minutes to remember our friend JD, who passed away last year. Also, Botcon!
